Annual Junior Presentation.
PRESENTATION DAY- SUNDAY 1 NOVEMBER
IMPORTANT- Please read entire post

This year we will be holding our presentation day in 2 sessions.
We have made this decision in the best interest of everyone, as we would love as many people as possible to attend; aswell as remaining COVID safe.
WE ARE LIMITED TO 1️⃣6️⃣5️⃣ people to each session.
There is an allowance for each player to bring up to 4 people only.

Session 1
10:00-11:30
Aussie TBall, U8TBall and Zooka

1HR Break- Room must be emptied for cleaning.

Session 2
12:30-14:30
LLMinors, LLMajors, Intermediate League, Junior League and Senior League

Bar will be open for soft drink and water purchases ONLY. Jugs will not be available.
This is an alcohol free event, do not buy it from another bar and bring it in.

SOME RULES

- All guests will be required to sign an attendance register, and must provide their name and contact number to assist with contact tracing if required.

- All guests will be temperature checked on entry to the venue using a non-contact infra red thermometer. Temperatures over 38 degrees may indicate signs of a fever, the guest will not be permitted entry and will be encouraged to seek medical advice.

- During the event, guests must remain seated at all times unless going to the bar or bathroom.
We have a designated photographer. We will take photos of all teams and players. You will get a digital copy.
Do not leave your seat to take a photo.

Co mingling is not permitted, this includes handshakes, hugs and standing conversations.

-Do not move chairs

-Please use hand sanitser provided

- Guests must not attend the venue if they:
have been identified as, or as a close contact
of, a person with confirmed COVID-19, or experiencing cold or flu like symptoms.
