Fees are a fact of life in all community sports across Australia. Without them, games can’t be held and Clubs cannot run.
If you play baseball in NSW, you're up for four different fees being:
*Baseball Australia fee (insurance - once per year between 1 Sep and 31 Aug)
*Baseball NSW fee (insurance - once per year between 1 Sep and 31 Aug)
*League/Association fee (competition - Macarthur Baseball League for Ghosts, once per season Summer/Winter)
*Club fee (competition and administration, once per season Summer/Winter)
Until these fees are paid in full, you cannot train or play as you are uninsured.
Payment Options
All registrations and payments are handled through the Game Day Passport registration system.
Game Day provides the following options for fee payments:
1. Pay in full upfront;
2. Pay in full using PayPal, or pay fees off using PayPal's Pay in 4 option.
When choosing your option, please note that Campbelltown Ghosts Baseball Club holds no responsibility for your payments. If there is an issue, you will need to contact your chosen service provider for assistance.
Please note the Club's fees do not include the Game Day Passport processing charge.
The Club cannot register players outside of the Game Day system, and cannot make private arrangements for the paying of fees. The two above choices are your ONLY options.
You should also note that fees are not refundable once you have taken the field for your first game. Exceptions are very rare - games lost to weather or situations beyond the Club's or League's control, or a simple change of mind, do not qualify as exceptional circumstances.
If you choose to pay off your fees and miss a payment, your provider will alert the Club as well as yourself.
If we receive an alert, you will automatically become ‘unfinancial’ and be reported to the MBL and BA/BNSW. Defaulters are banned from taking part in any training or games at any Club in NSW.
NSW GOVERNMENT ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS (AKVs)
Yes - you can use your AKVs in the Game Day Passport system! Simply insert the information at the appropriate point of the registration form and the value will be deducted.

HOW MUCH ARE THE FEES?
BA/BNSW set their part of the fees at the start of each baseball year. These show up in the registration system automatically. The system also shows the fees levied by the Macarthur Baseball League and the Club as decided at the start of each season (Summer / Winter).
HOW CAN I PAY MY FEES?
All fees associated with t-ball and baseball must be paid through the Game Day Passport registration system. Your options to pay in full or pay fees off are listed above (see Payment Options).
CAN I PAY MY FEES OFF?
You can only pay your fees off by choosing the PayPal option within the Game Day Passport registration system. The Club cannot approve payment plans as it no longer handles the registration fees.
ARE FEES REFUNDABLE?
Club fees are generally non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances – contact an Executive Committee member to discuss further (see Contact). Games lost to weather or situations beyond the Club's or League's control, or a simple change of mind, do not qualify as exceptional circumstances.
CAN I REGISTER IF I AM/HAVE BEEN A DEFAULTER?
If you are in default to BA/BNSW or another League or Club anywhere in NSW, we cannot register you until we receive clearance from the associated party.
If you have defaulted to Ghosts, you cannot be registered until you have paid the amount outstanding in full plus an extra administration fee.
